This page describes to the users of apps developed by the developer “Tahe Ben Ashur” how to request deletion of their data and it applies to all apps unless specified otherwise.
You as a user have a right to request deletion of your data that is stored on our servers all you have to do is send an email to dev@tahaben.com.ly with ‘DELETE REQUEST’ in the email subject from the same email that you have registered with in the app and provide the following:
- The name of the app
- Platform (ex: Android, Ios)
- Your in app username (if exists)
- Reason (optional)
After you send the email please wait for a reply to confirm that we have received your request, the confirmation might take up to 7 Days but usually takes less longer and sometimes can take just a few hours depending on the date and time you send the request.
After we confirm that we have received the request we will begin deleting your data within 24 hours unless specified otherwise in the confirmation email.
