This is a problem that happens to some users probably due to GPU driver compatibility issue with Chrome, to fix it you need to disable hardware acceleration:
- Go to settings
- Advanced settings
- Uncheck “Use hardware acceleration” Under System (You’ll have to scroll down to find this)
- Restart Chrome
